Frequently Asked Questions
Does the travel fee increase based on how far I am?
Yes. Our minimum $50 fee is based on a 30 minute round trip. A 45 minute round trip will be $75 and an hour long round trip will be $100.
Fix and/or device not listed on site?
We are always up to the challenge of fixing a device not listed on our site although cannot make any promises. Please feel free to shoot us a text or give us a call to inquire at (830) 800 4255.
How quickly can you fix my device?
Typically we have parts for iPhones kept in inventory and can do a same day fix. Other phones and devices may require us to order parts that can arrive as soon as next day with a separate shipping charge.
LCD Screen, Glass Screen, Or Both?
LCD Screen Break Only
LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is a type of flat panel display which uses liquid crystals to create images in its primary form of operation.
Your LCD screen can break and be replaced independently from the glass screen that covers it, although in many cases both break together.
If you observe lines, black spots, screen flicker, or discolored areas on your screen, or the screen does not light up, the LCD is damaged.
