• One Free Home Visit Per Calendar Year:

  • The customer is entitled to one free house visit per calendar year for any hardware repairs, Wi-Fi setup, network troubleshooting, or any issue that can’t be resolved remotely.

  • The free visit covers up to 1 hours of on-site support. Additional hours (if needed) can be billed at an hourly rate.

• Proactive System Monitoring:

  • Remote monitoring of the customer’s system health, including CPU performance, disk space, and other key metrics. This helps identify potential issues before they affect performance.

• Software Updates & Patches:

  • Ensure the customer's system stays secure and up-to-date by installing important software updates, patches, and security fixes remotely.

• Virus & Malware Protection:

  • Provide regular virus and malware scans to keep the system secure, removing any threats and providing advice for better protection.

• Performance Optimization:

  • Regular system clean-ups, including removal of unnecessary files, managing startup items, and fixing registry issues to keep the system running smoothly and fast.

• Security & Privacy Checks:

  • Perform security checks to ensure the customer’s firewall, antivirus software, and privacy settings are correctly configured, helping them stay safe online.

  • Customers will get unlimited cloud storage for their files, which includes photos, documents, videos, and other important data.

  • This ensures that they never run out of space for backups and can back up an unlimited number of files.

• Automated Daily Backups:

  • The backup process will be automated and run daily, ensuring that all new and modified files are backed up without requiring the customer to take any action.

• Secure Data Encryption:

  • All backed-up files will be securely encrypted both during transmission and while stored in the cloud, providing an extra layer of protection for sensitive data.

• Easy File Restoration:

  • If a customer ever needs to restore their files, the process is simple and can be done remotely.
