All repairs and suggestions are made in good faith. All reasonable avenues for repair will be explored and offered.

Payment Service & Terms
A. Payment Terms
Diagnosis fees are due at the time of pickup. The remaining balance is due upon
delivery or completion of work. We do not offer credit.
B. Diagnosis Fee
A diagnosis fee applies to all out-of-warranty service requests with no exceptions. This
fee is required even if:

No fault is found
-
The device is not repairable
-
You choose not to proceed with the repair
The diagnosis fee may be waived at our discretion if you proceed with the recommended
repair or choose to leave the device with Canyon Lake Phone & Computer Repair.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required before your device is returned.
We accept:

Approved electronic payment methods
**Checks are not accepted without prior approval.
Canyon Lake Phone & Computer Repair retains a security interest in all devices until full payment is received. If payment is not made within 30 days of completion, we reserve the right to sell the device to recover outstanding balances.
Customer Responsibility

Data Backup:
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data, software, and programs prior to service.
Canyon Lake Phone & Computer Repair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for:

Data loss

Software loss
-
System or network issues
Even if assistance is provided with backup or recovery, service is done at your own risk and without guarantee.
Service Information
To ensure accurate repairs, customers must provide:

A clear description of the issue

Any known details about the malfunction
If all information is not provided we cannot service the device correctly and are not responsible.
Water Damage Repairs
Devices with water damage are **not eligible for warranty**.
While we will attempt repairs, no guarantees can be made regarding:

C. Non-Item Brand Parts (Non-OEM)

72-hour parts-only warranty

No labor coverage
D. Back Glass Repairs

Back glass repairs carry **no warranty**.

Once the device is returned, any damage is the customer’s responsibility.
E. General Warranty Terms
After the warranty period expires, customers are responsible for:

Parts

Labor

Shipping

Restocking fees

Applicable taxes
Agreement
By approving this service, you authorize all agreed-upon repairs and accept responsibility for payment upon completion. Any additional work will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
By signing below, you agree to the approved repair charges and understand that any work or diagnosis performed is billable once completed.
